Community guidelines
Jigsaway should be a calm, friendly place for anyone who wants to do a puzzle, alone or with others.Keep uploads safe
Do not upload sexual content, hateful content, graphic violence, private photos of other people or anything that targets a group of people.
Only upload pictures you have the right to share. Cartoon characters, logos, screenshots and other people's art are not allowed in public puzzles unless you have permission.
Be decent in rooms
Rooms are shared tables. Do not harass people, spam the chat, push other players around or mess up the board on purpose.
Casual rooms are for relaxed play. In Focus rooms, keep the chat short and let people work.
Play fair on the leaderboards
Do not use scripts to solve puzzles, interfere with how the site works or use a bug to post a time you did not earn.
We may review a score when the time or the number of moves looks unusual.
Report problems
Use the report form when a puzzle, profile, room or chat message needs a look.
Only report real problems. False reports take time away from the ones that matter.
What admins can do
Admins can turn down uploads, hide messages, close rooms, hide or confirm scores and limit accounts when needed.
We use these tools to keep the site fair and friendly, not to get in the way of normal play.
