Thanksgiving Jigsaw Puzzles
The turkey is in the oven and there is an hour before anyone sits down. That is a good time for a puzzle. These eight are all about Thanksgiving: a full dinner table, pies cooling on a windowsill, a barn door with a fall wreath. They are free and run in any browser, so there is nothing to set up.

A puzzle the whole family can share
Rooms let several people build one puzzle at the same time, each on their own phone or laptop. Sign in, open the Rooms page, make a room with the puzzle you want, then drop the invite link in the family group chat. That includes the relatives who couldn't make the trip this year. Grandparents can take the big parts like the turkey or the pie dishes, and the kids can go looking for corners.
Which one should we start with?
| Puzzle | Why it works | Good size |
|---|---|---|
| Pumpkin and Pecan Pies on a Windowsill | Two big round pies and a bright window | 36 to 100 |
| Thanksgiving Table with Turkey | Lots of separate dishes, each easy to spot | 100 to 300 |
| Farmhouse Kitchen at Thanksgiving | Copper pots, open shelves and a busy counter | 150 to 300 |
| Cranberry Bog Harvest | Mostly red berries and water, a real test | 300 to 1000 |
A few tips for food pictures
Food scenes go quicker than most. Every dish has its own color and shape, so you can sort pieces into little piles: gravy, greens, rolls, pie crust. The tablecloth and the wooden table are the slow part. Leave them for last, when there are fewer pieces to compare and the gaps tell you what shape you need.
The two outdoor scenes, Autumn Wreath on a Barn Door and Pumpkins and Cornstalks beside a Country Barn, play differently. Do the barn boards early. Their straight lines and red paint give the rest of the picture something to hang on.
Making it easy for older relatives
Bigger pieces help most. Pick 36 or 50 pieces on a tablet or laptop and press Full Screen, and each piece becomes large enough to grab without squinting. If the clock in the corner feels like pressure, tick Untimed in the game settings and it goes away for that game. A laptop on the kitchen table works better than a phone here, since there is room to spread the loose pieces out.
No time to finish before dinner?
Leave it. Progress saves in your browser, so you can come back to a half-built pie after dessert. Sign in if you would like to pick it up on another device later.
More orange and gold is waiting on the autumn page, and the Christmas puzzles are ready for when the leftovers run out.
