Stained Glass Window jigsaw puzzle
An arched stained glass window fills the end wall of a small stone chapel. Cobalt, ruby and amber panes form flowers, leaves and diamonds within a web of dark lead, while a plain side window keeps the old limestone visible. Sunlight repeats the colors across worn flagstones, stretching each pattern toward a wooden bench along the wall.
The colored light spreads across the floor well beyond the width of the window. Stone joints cut through its blue, red and amber patches, changing a precise glass pattern into a broader arrangement on the flagstones. The plain side window admits a separate pale beam. Around both windows, rough walls and dark roof timbers remain largely undecorated.
