Stained Glass Window jigsaw puzzle
An arched stained glass window fills the end wall of a small stone chapel. Cobalt, ruby and amber panes form flowers, leaves and diamonds within a web of dark lead, while a plain side window keeps the old limestone visible. Sunlight repeats the colors across worn flagstones, stretching each pattern toward a wooden bench along the wall.
Cobalt sections and the red central panels are clear anchors before the narrower gold and green pieces come into play. The window's stone arch gives the upper half a firm outline, and floor joints divide the reflections below into uneven bands. Quieter wall pieces ask for texture rather than color, with chipped mortar, a narrow doorway and roof timbers providing the clues.
