Village Bakery

Morning light reaches an open bakery window crowded with bread and pastries. Round country loaves fill the upper shelves, baguettes stand upright at the back, and fruit tarts add small red highlights among the warm crusts. Flowers and a table beside the display soften the dark green shopfront.

Use the window frame and shelf edges to divide the display before sorting the baked goods. Scored loaves have distinctive cuts and flour marks, while baguettes form longer, lighter shapes. The tarts and croissants are smaller and glossier, providing detailed anchors near the lower shelves. Outside the window, leaves and flowers catch direct sunlight, unlike the dimmer interior. Similar brown pieces become manageable when separated by texture: rough crust, smooth wood, woven basket and shadowed wall each read differently up close.
