Red Panda on a Mossy Limb

The red panda stretches along a mossy limb, its ringed tail hanging into the ferns below. Rust fur surrounds a pale face with dark eyes, while soft green leaves close in around the branch. Moss runs along the bark in uneven cushions rather than a flat green stripe.

The pale face is a small bright landmark inside the larger coat. Tail rings narrow as they curve away, so check their width before joining them. Bark and moss can share a color family, but moss has a soft broken edge and bark has longer cracks. Use the branch to establish the animal's position before sorting the leaves around the canopy.
