Monarch Butterflies on Milkweed

Several monarch butterflies rest on pink milkweed flowers against a soft summer background.

The orange and black wings stand out clearly against the flowers, but every butterfly has slightly different angles. Keep each one with its milkweed cluster before joining the background. Pink petals and green stems create smaller color groups, while the soft blur behind them is best left for the end. The smaller details in monarch butterflies on milkweed reward close looking, especially after the broad shapes have found their places.
