Frosted Reeds beside a Pond

Frosted reeds rise beside a quiet pond, their pale stems mirrored in water below. Muddy bank, frozen grass and a thin line of distant trees divide the cool scene into useful horizontal layers.

Build reed clusters from their narrow vertical edges, then match reflections directly beneath them. Keep snow-lit pieces separate from water highlights; the pond line gives the softest areas a clear starting point. Frost collects on one side of each reed, giving repeated stems a consistent light-facing clue.
