Harvest Pumpkins on a Farm Stand

Pumpkins and striped gourds fill the wooden crates at this farm stand. Orange, cream and dark green shapes sit in several rows, with dried corn stacked on the right and tied bundles hanging behind the stall. A blank timber sign crosses the upper section, its knots and plank seams more useful than any lettering would be.

Mums in red and yellow pots gather beside the straw bales on the left. Beyond them, a fence crosses the harvested field beneath orange trees and a low setting sun. Start with the pumpkins that have strong curved ribs, then use the crate rails to divide the repeated colours. Corn husks, wheel spokes and fallen leaves finish the narrow gaps around the display.
