Ferns after the Rain jigsaw puzzle
Rain beads along fresh fern fronds on a dark woodland floor. The largest leaves cross the scene diagonally, their fine ribs carrying rows of tiny droplets. Around them, curled fiddleheads rise from wet soil, with mossy stones and a glossy fallen branch adding brown and gray texture beneath all the green.
Leaf structure matters more than color here. Long central ribs show the direction of each fern, while the smaller leaflets repeat in neat rows that can be matched by angle and spacing. Droplets catch silver highlights along the edges, and the curled fronds on the right make compact landmarks. Wet bark, black soil and rounded moss patches keep the lower layers distinct when the greens begin to crowd together.
