Illustrated USA Map with Landmarks

A colorful map of the United States contains small landmark illustrations such as a lighthouse, mountains, cactus, redwood, riverboat and bridge, with no labels.

State shapes give the map its structure, while each small landmark provides a memorable local anchor. Sort the lighthouse, mountain, cactus, redwood, riverboat and bridge into separate groups before placing them. Keep the ocean and empty spaces aside until the colorful country outline is stable. At higher piece counts, illustrated usa map with landmarks gives you enough texture changes to keep the final section interesting.
