About the Waterfall under a Basalt Arch jigsaw puzzle
Water drops through a dark basalt arch into a shallow pool. White spray breaks against wet stones, while moss fills the narrow ledges between the columns. The rock faces are almost black in the recess, then turn brown and green where the open light reaches them.
Basalt edges can look similar until you follow their vertical joints. Build one column at a time and note where its sides widen or taper. Spray pieces are bright but irregular, with tiny gray marks where the water meets the rock. Pool reflections are smoother than the falling water and can form a separate group beneath the arch.
