Glowing Tide Pools

Blue-green pools glow between dark rocks in this imagined coastal scene. Sea stars, pale shells and tangled seaweed occupy the foreground, close to the brightest water. A pink evening sky stretches above the shore, with a thin line of surf in the distance. The light within the pools gives the familiar shoreline an otherworldly appearance.

Each pool has its own uneven outline, bounded by rock rather than a smooth oval edge. The strongest turquoise sits inside those shapes, while the rocks carry darker blue reflections. Seaweed has longer, more tangled strands than the short marks on the stone. Above the shore, horizontal pink and violet bands belong to the sky. They provide a distinct contrast with the much more detailed foreground.
