Kyoto Garden Bridge in Autumn

A red wooden bridge curves over still garden water beneath a canopy of maple leaves. Stone lanterns stand among mossy rocks on the left, while a narrow path winds through the trees beyond the bridge. The pond doubles the red rails and autumn colors, though small ripples break the reflection into separate pieces.

The bridge rail is the strongest starting point, with repeated posts and dark caps to keep its shape together. Build the stone lantern next, then follow the pale garden path into the background. Reflections belong directly below their matching trees and railings, but the water is less sharp than the upper half. Sort the maple leaves by red, orange and green before joining the broad canopy.
