Timber Watermill beside a Weir

A weathered timber watermill stands above the stream, its old wheel turning beside mossy stone foundations. Water spills over the low weir in a bright band before breaking around the rocks below. Ferns fill the banks, while the valley opens behind the mill into layered green hills and pale sky.

The building gives you straight boards, dark windows and a strong roofline to sort first. The wheel is more intricate, with wet spokes, shadows and moss following its curve. White water creates its own shifting shapes across the lower half, broken by dark stones and green edges. Use the wall joints, hillside contours and fern fronds to finish the quieter sections.
