Big Ben at Dawn

Big Ben rises over Westminster just as dawn color reaches the Thames. Warm light fills the clock tower and the long Gothic facade, while cooler blue shadows settle into the roofline and bridge arches. Across the river, gold and white reflections stretch downward in broken bands under a sky of peach, gray and early morning blue.

Clock face pieces are the obvious anchors, but the tower has enough stone tracery to build outward without guessing. Window rows along Parliament form a steady grid, then the bridge on the right adds larger curves and dark arch openings. Reflections should be kept separate from the buildings above them; the same gold appears again in the water, only softer and pulled into vertical streaks. Dawn clouds finish the scene with broad shapes rather than empty sky.
