Beach Chairs by the Pier

Two wooden beach chairs face turquoise water beside a small pier. Striped umbrellas stand above the sand, with a towel draped over one chair and a cooler close by. Rope runs between posts along the pier. Dune grass borders the right side of the beach beneath a blue sky with a few small clouds.

The chairs have slatted backs and angled legs, while the pier boards form a longer horizontal path toward the water. Umbrella stripes bend around their curved canopies rather than running flat. On the sand, shadows trace the furniture's shapes in darker patches. The sea changes from pale turquoise near shore to a deeper blue beyond the end of the pier.
