Timber Framing around a Market Square

Dark timber beams divide pale façades around a small cobbled market square. Striped awnings shade produce tables, bicycles rest near the edges, and benches face a low stone fountain in the centre. Late sunlight warms one row of houses while the opposite side stays cooler beneath its rooflines.

The central building gives you a strong collection of beams, windows and plaster panels. Sort the awnings by stripe direction before connecting them to the stalls below. Bicycle wheels make useful circles, while benches add long straight pieces against the cobbles. The fountain and its shadow hold the middle together. Leave the upper windows and pale sky for later, after the timber patterns have stopped repeating.
